Ryno Equipment & Rental LLC(“Ryno Equipment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit rynorents.com, contact us about equipment rentals, sales, or service, or receive text messages from our business. It applies to all personal information we collect through our website, contact forms, and SMS communications.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, phone number, the service type you pick (rental, sales, service or general inquiry), and your message, when you ask us about equipment availability, pricing, or service. If you choose to fill them in, we also receive your company name, street address, city, state and ZIP code. Those five are optional and the form works without them.
• Site search terms — when you type in the equipment search box, the site sends the words you typed to Google Analytics as a search event, truncated to 100 characters, along with how many machines matched. It is sent once per search rather than once per keystroke. We use it to learn which words customers use for our machines, and what inventory people look for and do not find. Please do not type personal information into the search box.
• Phone numbers for SMS — if you provide a phone number and consent to receive text messages, we store your number and your opt-in record.
• Rental and service records — information related to rental agreements, pickup and return scheduling, and any equipment service history.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location, referring pages, and pages visited, collected through Google Analytics 4 to help us understand how visitors use our site. The IP address a contact-form submission comes from is also held briefly in our server’s memory to limit how many submissions one address can send — see Data Retention below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to rental, sales, and service inquiries.
• Schedule equipment pickup, delivery, and return, and confirm availability.
• Send service-related text messages about your rental or inquiry, only with your consent.
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and customer service.
• Measure whether our advertising actually brings in work — conversion measurement through Google Ads, so we can tell which ads led to a call, a text message, or a contact-form submission.
• Prevent spam and abuse of our contact form.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

SMS Text Message Communications

Ryno Equipment & Rental LLC sends transactional text messages about rental reservations, pickup and return scheduling, and responses to customer inquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in: You may opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form when you submit your phone number, by signing a rental agreement that includes SMS consent, or by texting our business number first. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default; you must actively check it to opt in.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited categories:

• Service providers acting on our behalf — for example, our email delivery provider (Resend), our SMS delivery provider (Quo, formerly OpenPhone), our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4 / Google LLC), our advertising provider (Google Ads / Google LLC), and our website hosting provider (Vercel). These providers are only permitted to use the information to operate the services they provide to us.
• Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ryno Equipment, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies only as needed to operate the site, to understand how visitors use it, and to measure whether our advertising actually brings in work. We do not sell browsing data.

Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to measure website traffic and understand how visitors interact with our pages. GA4 uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as your IP address (which GA4 anonymizes by default and does not log or store), browser and device type, approximate geographic location, referring page, and the pages you visit on our site. This information is transmitted to and stored by Google and is used in aggregate to help us improve the site. GA4 does this with first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_T02ZR8LH7C, which last about two years.

Google Ads conversion measurement. We advertise with Google Ads, and the Google tag on this site sets first-party advertising and measurement cookies. A cookie named _gcl_au is set for every visitor when the Google tag loads, whether or not you arrived from one of our ads, and it lasts roughly 90 days. It is the first-party identifier the tag uses to connect a later phone call, text message, or contact-form submission back to an earlier ad click. A cookie named _gcl_aw, and cookies beginning with _gac_, are set only when you arrive from one of our ads; they carry the ad click identifier and also last roughly 90 days. The Google tag additionally writes a value named _gcl_ls into your browser’s local storage, which is storage rather than a cookie but serves the same linking purpose.

This data is not used to personalize ads or to build remarketing lists. That is not merely our intention — the tag on this site is configured with ad personalization signals disabled and restricted data processing enabled. Restricted data processing limits Google’s use of the data to ad delivery, reporting and measurement, security and fraud detection, debugging, and improving Google’s own products. It does not extend to sending or disclosing the data to other companies. As above, we do not sell browsing data.

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this site tells Google to store nothing on your device for advertising or analytics by default, so the cookies and local storage described above are not set at all for you.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. You can limit how Google personalizes advertising to you in Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Do Not Track. Many browsers offer a Do Not Track setting, and some offer a Global Privacy Control signal. This site does not currently respond to either one. The browser settings and the opt-out links above are the ways to limit what is collected here.

We also use Google Search Console, which reports aggregated search query data to us but does not track individual visitors on our site.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and rental records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. SMS opt-in and consent records are retained for as long as you remain opted in and for a reasonable period afterward to document your prior consent.

To stop automated form spam, our server keeps the IP address a submission came from in its memory for one hour, and allows five submissions per address in that window. That record is not written to a database, and it is lost whenever the server restarts.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing sales@rynorents.com. You may also opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted prominently on this page.

The October 9, 2026 revision added detail about our advertising and analytics cookies, site search terms, the full list of contact-form fields, contact-form rate limiting, a Do Not Track response statement, and regional consent defaults for the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
